I returned a movie to this Blockbuster before the due date, and they sent me a notice a few weeks later saying I never returned it. I have never had a problem like this before, and I will not be returning to this Blockbuster again. When I called, however, the woman was very kind and helped me clear things up. But I feel that generally the staff here is not very competent. When I originally took out my movie I asked the cashier about the no late fees policy, he didn't have an answer and had to ask someone else.
