Lovers of Film & Cinema Must Visit by anjel c. at InsiderPages
I was recommended this store by a college professor for a Latin American history course. I went there and got my fill of Brazilian movies. 10 years later, I'm obsessed with Hong Kong action films, so I decided to go find this place in the Highlands. I'd almost given up looking when I kept north and finally saw it on the right. What a joy it was to find it. I went in and started looking around. The lady asked what I was looking for and I told her the name of the director somewhat mixed up, she knew exactly who I was talking about and took me right there. Amazing! Getting a card was easy (no major credit card or utility bill or any of that crap) and the price was surprisingly low!
The selection is intense. THis place is great.

PROS: real selection, great prices new or used, staff knows their stuff

The best movie store EVER!!
This place is amazing. I feel like I received a cinematic education by coming here and just browsing the shelves, renting movies that I had never seen on a video store's shelf before. An incredible selection of foreign movies, music videos (all of the PALM Director's Series), VHS... They also carry mainstream new releases, so if you want to watch "Garden State" AND Ingmar Bergman's whole collection, you can do that. The staff generally don't offer help, but if you approach them, they will gladly assist you in finding or recommending. I actually moved away from Atlanta one year ago, but I think about this place all the time. Seriously.

best movie rental store in atlanta
i havent stepped foot in any other movie rental store in years. rentals are under $4, they have all the latest foreign releases and huge catalog of older movies. also a lot of documentaries if you are into that. guaranteed you'll find something to rent. say goodbye to blockbuster!

Great selection by Kelly B. at InsiderPages
Don't go here if you're looking for the recent hollywood blockbusters. Instead, they sepecialize in obscure, old and recently imported features that are hard to find elsewhere. the late fees can be harsh, but its worth it to stay away from another vin diesel movie.
